Kalmar Construction was founded in 2015 with a clear focus: help homeowners and property owners in Salt Lake City and the surrounding communities get their spaces repaired, renovated, and rebuilt with honest pricing and a timeline you can count on.
Our founder's path into construction began in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina in 2005. Responding to widespread damage across homes and businesses, he developed deep hands-on experience in post-disaster repair and reconstruction. That work shaped the way we approach every project today, with a priority on speed, clear communication, and getting things done right the first time.
We handle water damage repair, renovations, and additions with clear communication and honest pricing. Here's what to expect from start to finish.

We finish the work, clean up, and walk through the project with you to confirm everything meets your expectations.
We manage permits, inspections, and cleanup so you can focus on your home. You're in control at every stage.
